Before we build anything, we want to understand where your time and money leak away. We start with one intake conversation with you and your team, so we get to know the business and work out together what to zoom in on.
After the conversation you fill in a detailed intake form and share the relevant process documentation. Then we write your personal report, within five working days of the last delivery.
The report stands on its own. Want to pick up a few parts yourself afterwards, or leave it be? That is a perfectly fine place to stop.

Custom
Fixed priceA custom price, fixed up front. After the scan we set the scope together and you get a quote made for you. Payment: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery.
We build the chosen AI solutions into the software your team already uses: Gmail, Outlook, Moneybird, Exact, Teamleader and more.
Up front we write a scope document together: what we build, what we measure it on and what falls outside scope. After that the price is fixed in the quote.
What we build runs on cloud infrastructure and needs ongoing maintenance. By default we take that on through a Care agreement (below). Rather take it over yourself? That works too, as long as you have the technical capacity in house.
