I am Finn Eijsten. Procesbrein is my company, and I am the one you get on the phone. The same person does the research, writes the report and then builds the workflows.

Comparing models, thinking up workflows, testing integrations and finding out which tools really pay off in your specific situation. Those hours are not there. And before you know it half a year has gone by without anything to show for it.
Why we do this
We started Procesbrein to take that thinking and building work off your hands. We dig into your processes, work out where AI genuinely gains you time or quality, and build it into the software you already use. You keep your time for your business.
We decide which AI does the work. Per task we pick the model that works best and most safely, for example Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI or a European alternative. Whatever we use, it always happens under a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses, and your data is not used to train AI models. The providers we work with keep input and output briefly at most, for abuse detection; we keep nothing longer than needed.
With every project we sign a data processing agreement with you that puts this and everything around it in writing. You always keep the keys: which company data we get access to, and when. It cannot be changed one-sidedly.
