How we tackle it

Then we pick one thing that noticeably costs time and build it. That happens inside the software you already have, so your team does not have to move to something new. AI does the reading, sorting and preparing; you keep the decisions.
If it works, we pick up the next one. If it does not work out as planned, you hear that from us and we stop. You are not tied to anything.

At this web agency every project came with a lot of customer contact: briefings, feedback rounds, emails and phone calls. That information sat spread across mailboxes and loose notes, and had to be pieced together again with every question.
We built three workflows that keep track of it. Customer email still comes in as usual and the team reads and answers it themselves; in the background the customer file is kept up to date, so wishes, feedback and agreements sit in one place per customer.
Everything runs in house. Customer data goes nowhere: everything stays inside their own systems and no message goes out to a customer automatically.

Do I have to move to different software?
No. We build inside what you already use. Exact, AFAS, Moneybird, your CRM, your mailbox: that is what we connect to.
Can my team handle this?
If they can operate their current software, they can operate this. You get an explanation in plain language, not a forty-page manual.
What if something goes wrong?
Anything that goes out is seen by one of your people first. If something breaks on the technical side, you hear it from me or I hear it from you.
What does it cost?
Looking along costs nothing. What a job costs after that depends on what needs doing; you get a fixed price you know up front.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours and does not go into a model that trains on other people's data. We put that in a processing agreement.
Am I tied to anything?
No. No subscription and no minimum. Every job stands on its own.
