At Procesbrein you work with one person. That person maps out your process, builds it, and is still there when something breaks. No team that changes halfway and no layer in between that has to pass on what you meant.
That is exactly why it works: someone who only advises does not know what goes wrong in practice, and someone who only builds does not understand your process.
In practice it also means you get answers quickly. No ticket that lands in a queue somewhere, but someone who already knows your business and knows where to look. If it turns out along the way that something cannot be done or is not worth it, you hear that at the time and not in a final report.

Procesbrein makes AI practical for Dutch small and mid-sized companies. Not research into what might one day be possible, but work that simply runs by itself from next month.
We connect software that does not talk to each other, build workflows that take over recurring work, set up customer contact that keeps going outside office hours, and think along about which model to use for what. From a single connection to a process that runs through the whole organisation.
What we do not do is sell you something you do not need. If it turns out while looking along that a different setting in the software you already have serves you better, we simply say so.
How we work
There is no fixed programme you have to step into. Sometimes it starts with a free scan of your processes, sometimes with an afternoon of looking along, and sometimes you already know exactly what you want and we simply build it.
What is the same in every case: you know beforehand what happens and what it costs, and you end up with something that runs. Not a report full of recommendations.
We deliberately start small. One process that noticeably costs time, which we get working and which you run for a few weeks. If it works, we pick up the next one. If it does not work out as planned, you have lost little and we both know more.

At this web agency every project came with a lot of customer contact: briefings, feedback rounds, emails and phone calls. That information sat spread across mailboxes and loose notes, and had to be pieced together again with every question.
We built three workflows that keep track of it. Customer email still comes in as usual and the team reads and answers it themselves; in the background AI keeps the customer file up to date, so wishes, feedback and agreements sit in one place per customer.
The AI runs entirely in house. Customer data goes nowhere: everything stays inside their own systems and no message goes to a customer through AI.

What happens to my data?
It stays yours and does not go into a model that trains on other people's data. We put that in a processing agreement.
